This year, the event – entitled "Augmented Private Banker" – will offer the opportunity to share the vision of great experts discussing the impact of innovation in financial technology, increased regulation and new generational expectations in the wealth management sector on March 20th at Hotel Le Royal. With a week to go, here is the full programme of this morning conference.

After a welcome words given by Jonathan Prince, Co-Founder of Finologee and Master of ceremony, Jurgen Vanhoenacker, Executive Director, Lombard International Assurance SA, will make the first presentation under the title "Private Banking – How to protect the core business ? The second topic of the day will be how and why "Structural trends are more important than economic cycles", by Emmanuel Piechowski (Business Development Manager Benelux, Ethenea Independent Investors SA).

Then, Stéphane Furet, CEO, and François-Xavier Chauchat, Economist & Member of the Investment Committee, both from Dorval Asset Management, will go in depth with "Thematic investments". After them, Romain Bignon, CEO of Budget Insight will explain to the audience how to optimize wealth management thanks to new technologic tools. In the same spirit, Thibault de Barsy (CEO, Keytrade Bank) will talk about "Robo-advisors in Luxembourg: The next generation of Portfolio Management is Alive and Well".

A Strategic panel moderated by Jonathan Prince will count on the participation of Steve Krieger (Director of Projects, Pictet Group), Wim Dieryck (CCO, OneLife) and Wouter Gesquiere (CFA, Head of Private Banking Clients, ING Luxembourg) to discuss the latest trends in private banking, especially regarding technology and how to protect the core business of long-term trusted advisors. Technology will be the topic of the next presentations as well.

First, Cyrus Fazel, Founder and CEO of SwissBorg, will talk about "The new era of wealth management" opened by his platform. Then, David Furcajg (President & Co-founder, Behavioral Finance specialist, HighWave Capital) will introduce his company, a Robo-Advisor using Behavioral Finance principles to enhance performance. Finally, the last presentation, called "The voice of the market… and what does it whisper" will close the morning. Peter Schramme, Chief Business Development Officer at Objectway, will talk about the new and disruptive concepts approaching.

All participants will then have a networking lunch together in order to share their views on the topics of the day.
